Return Policy

No printed merchandise are eligible for returns unless there is a clear defect in the manufacturing process. Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted for printed products.

To file a claim for misprinted or defective merchandise, use our website within 2 weeks of product delivery date. To file a claim for a lost package, contact customer service within 3 weeks following the originally estimated delivery date. Your claim will be reviewed and if granted, you will be sent a replacement or refunded your purchase price.

Our facility is used as the return address for each package that we send out. If you opt to edit the return address and do not receive your product, we are not liable for lost product. If we receive a returned shipment to our address, we will notify you via email.

If you have provided an incorrect or invalid address and the package is returned to our facility, you are responsible for reshipment costs. We will call or email to confirm and update your correct address.

If your package is delivered, but unclaimed, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs if you would like us to resend the package.

If your customer would like to return an item out of buyer’s remorse or for a size exchange, the return and replacement will come at your expense. We are not liable for any guarantees or claims that you make on behalf of us to your customers. Any problems with merchandise or returns should be directed to you first for approval.
